A 71-year-old Floridian survived a flying turtle that crashed through her windshield on the freeway. An iconic plumber may have been seen fleeing the scene.

This happened in Florida because of course it did:

"A 71-year-old woman riding with her daughter on Florida's Interstate 95 suffered a gashed forehead Wednesday when a turtle smashed through the windshield of their car, striking her."

The woman was bloodied by the flying reptile, but wasn't seriously hurt.

For those weirdos wondering, the turtle was also fine:

"The turtle, on the other hand, had the best luck of anything — it just had a few scratches on its shell and was released back into the nearby woods."

Apparently, this has happened before, including this time in 2016:

The police said the turtle was likely thrown in the air by another vehicle, but if you want to know my opinion, a red-suited plumber is lurking somewhere in Florida, already planning his next attack.
