Daniel Penny, the Marine vet who risked life, limb, and livelihood to protect a subway car full of people from an unstable homeless man making violent threats, is getting a LOT of assistance in his legal battle against the woke Soros-DA in New York.

Penny is being charged with murder in a New York court for his defensive actions that ended up taking the life of Jordan Neely, a well-known and volatile vagrant, after witnesses say Neely threatened everyone on the train.

According to the site's founder, Daniel Penny's defense fund is the second-biggest fundraiser in GiveSendGo's history:

"It's the No. 2 ever on GiveSendGo," Chief Financial Officer Jacob Wells said. "This definitely has sparked an emotional response with many people."

He added that, at one point, the fund was raising $1,000 a minute after the Marine vet was charged with one count of second-degree manslaughter in the May 1 death of 30-year-old Jordan Neely.

Obviously, this is a political prosecution against Penny for daring to defend himself against a violent criminal while being white.

Anyone who has seen the video and read about the case knows Penny is a hero, not a villain, and they know that he's up against terrible odds if he's going to be tried in New York.

But more than 55,000 supporters have spoken with their wallets, flooding GiveSendGo with donations totaling more than $2,711,000 as of Sunday morning.

Now up to $2,745,000 on this Monday morning.

If you want to contribute to the legal fund, you can do so here.
