Pray for the women and girls of Afghanistan.

I have no idea what hellscape the Taliban are about to create for women, but it isn't going to be good.

Nobel Peace Prize recipient Malala Yousafzai, who was shot by a Taliban terrorist, had this to say:

Reports indicate that the Taliban is already going around and forcing parents to give up their teen daughters – including girls as young as 12 – to "marry" Taliban commanders.

It does seem like nobody cares right now. Yet some of us believe in a loving and sovereign God who cares immensely about the suffering and oppression of every person, including this woman. He hears her and knows her far better than you or I.
