13-year-old tricks seller into letting him take Lamborghini on test drive, crashes it into ditch

Bro, I wouldn't let a 13-year-old test-drive my 2010 Honda Civic, and this dude let him drive off in his Lambo???

Who was this kid, Benjamin Button?

Like, how do you let a 13-year-old test drive your ~$200,000 car?

Did he show you this before taking the joy ride?

🤣🤣🤣

Man, you know some sketchy stuff is bound to go down when you're selling your car privately like this guy was, so you'd think he'd have taken a bit more caution here and at least sat shotty while the kid took it out. But no, nothing at all; just let the kid take off in the luxury sports car — and for good measure, after dark on a rainy night.

The owner was in the process of selling the Huracán model sports car when he handed over the keys to the teen and their friend …

The youngster was thought to have been doing 62mph amid dark and rainy conditions when they lost control of the vehicle.

They then plowed into a ditch off the Trans-Canada Highway in West Vancouver.

Look at that car!

Like, bro, what?!?!?

You let a 13-year-old drive your Lambo!!!

The 13-year-old has been charged with speeding, driving without due care, failing to remain at the scene of a crash and driving without a license.

The teen has been charged under the Motor Vehicle Act which means the matter will not go to court unless they choose to dispute the tickets. The owner is not facing any charges.

I just ... I don't understand.

Kid got off super easy, too!

This guy just wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars and now all he's got to show for it is a totaled Lamborghini.

Bro, friends don't let friends give the keys to their Lambo to teenagers.

What were you thinking, my man?
