This video of Washington man, Eric Smith, fighting off truck thieves is almost impossible to believe.

First, he drags a thief out of his truck and tries to hold him in the street before he can make it to the getaway car.

Then the getaway driver tries to run him down, and Eric jumps on the hood.

He slides off when the car rams his truck, lands on his feet, then whips out his phone to get a shot of the perps and their license plates.

The guy is unbreakable.

Seriously, how is he not dead?

"As I was on the hood, I was like, 'ok where am I headed?'" Smith said. "I looked back over my shoulder and I was like, oh no, not my truck! Again, this all happened within a split second."

Apparently, he decided to kick his door shut as the car was ramming his truck and that pushed him backward and slowed his slide off the car.

"I don't know how many times I've watched it and seen it or shared it," Smith said. "A lot of people are impressed by it. For me, I'm just like, I don't know, I was lucky, just real lucky with how it ended."
