Just your regular reminder that the president is an old, old man who needs 8 days of preparation time to show up to a debate against another old man.

He left the White House this weekend and he's remaining off the clock, essentially, for the next week because his team has to prepare him for the debate.

What this debate prep looks like, we can only speculate, but I doubt it's him poring over facts and figures.

I mean, that makes sense to me. One week of dialing in the meds, drilling him with the questions that he totally isn't going to see beforehand, and adjusting his sleep cycle. It's gotta be like a science lab at Camp David.

Prepare for the biggest media spin job in history later this week.
