Every year, you'll find Icelanders throwing baby puffins off cliffs, and if you ask me, it looks like a fun way to relieve some stress.

No wonder Iceland ranks number 3 in the world‘s happiest nations.

Whenever an Icelander is feeling a little down, they can just grab a puffin and throw it off a cliff into the sea.

I mean, sure, there is a hippie, nature-saving reason for doing it ...

The puffins usually navigate out to sea off the cliffs using the light of the moon. However, the artificial light of nearby towns gets them all distracted, so humans have to step in to help the little birdies out.

But forget all that nonsense, just look at how much fun tossing the little fluffballs off a cliff is!

It looks downright therapeutic!
