Do not mess with humans!
I, Harambe, would know better than any animal that going into human territory is nothing but bad news. And it looks like Boo Boo here learned that lesson like I did, the hard way.
First, the fun part of the story.
This lady goes to the mall in Alpharetta, GA, just outside of Atlanta, and she sees something she never expected at the mall. A bear.
The bear went to the mall and tried to enter the store from a couple different entrances before running away.
The shopper, Joikima Douglas, got her phone out because she didn't think anyone would believe her story about the bear at the mall.
Then there's the bad news.
Boo Boo sadly ran away from the mall, dejected, and then eyewitnesses say someone hit him with their car and just drove off.
After several failed attempts at multiple doors the bear cub gave up. That's when he was hit by a car.
According to witnesses, the bear managed to escape, and the driver kept going but local law enforcement says this is a reminder that you don't necessarily have to be out in the wild to experience a ‘wild-life' situation.
Boo Boo survived his encounter with the car, fortunately, and made his way back home.
