I'm sure we've all seen and read about this one:

But now we've got a Cincinnati City Council member chiming in.

No joke, that's Cincinnati President Pro Tem Victoria Parks.

Here she is:

Without even knowing what went down that night, this lady says the white people who got beat up "begged for that beatdown" and that she is "grateful for the whole story."

This is not and will not even be mainstream news, but can you imagine if a black man and woman had been beaten up by whites and then a white conservative politician had said something like this?

We'd have mostly-peaceful protests all over the country!

But it doesn't matter.

The victims in this case were white.

I'll leave you with some good news: There have been a few arrests.

I'll go ahead and assume we're not going to get any hate crime charges here.

Oh, you'll also be glad to know that Victoria is not running for reelection.
