A picture is worth 1,000 attendees. But it’s about more than just crowd size. Much more. Compare and contrast a Trump rally with a Biden rally.

Leave aside attendance. We all know Trump's rallies dwarf anything Biden could pull off. And ignore the extra thrill of a helicopter landing. That's cool and all but not the point.

What you are looking at is the difference between Trump's America and Biden's America.

Trump's America is brash, boisterous, and yes, maybe a little bit dangerous. It is after all a sizable crowd assembled in the midst of a pandemic and yet every single individual there is there by choice, wearing a mask (or not) by choice, and making decisions for themselves as free and sovereign men and women. These are people who understand they are governed only by their consent. This is the America that vanquished foes from sea to shining sea, landed a man on the moon, and nurtured generations of risk-taking entrepreneurs that have transformed how we work, live, and play.

What is Biden's America?

Timid. Scared. Dutifully staying in place in the little circles designated for them. And they will obediently stay in their little circles until they have received permission to do otherwise. Each is wearing a mask as instructed. Each is doing exactly as they have been told. This is conformity before freedom. This is authority before liberty. The collective before the individual. This is Biden's America.

Also, Trump's crowd size dwarfs Bidens. Did I mention that before? I feel like I mentioned that before.

And yeah, helicopters are definitely cool.
