I went on a two-week trip around the country recently and saw enough network television to make me gag, especially since "Barbenheimer" is all the rage in the mainstream media.
(For the homeschooled kids, Barbenheimer an amalgamation of the movie titles Barbie and Oppenheimer.)
All I could think was please make it stop.
I've read enough reviews online to convince me that, I didn't want to watch either, much less let my family watch them.
At least that was true until this post popped up on social media:
That's right, some theater in India mixed up the subtitles for Barbie and Oppenheimer.
The meme reactions were perfect.
The best part is that somewhere in the theater, there was a Barbie movie playing with Oppenheimer subtitles.
That's the one I really want to see.
Tell me that switching the subtitles wouldn't improve both of these movies significantly.
Or even better a dark-humor fan fiction where the characters interact with each other.
