Albuquerque mayor, police chief, DA, and county sheriff say they will not enforce governor's carry ban: "I cannot and will not enforce something that is clearly unconstitutional" ✊

You love to see it.

On Friday, [Gov.] Lujan Grisham issued an order that had the effect of banning individuals from carrying guns in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County for at least 30 days. Lujan Grisham, a Democrat, said she issued her emergency health order in response to recent shootings that included the death of an 11-year-old boy.

This is how tyrants want to use "health" orders. Take note. Covid-19 was the test run.

Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman said Saturday that he, as with Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller and Police Chief Harold Medina, would not enforce the order, according to the Associated Press.

ABSOLUTE LEGENDS.

This is why local elections and the federalist system matter, ladies and gents. If everyone says no, the order is powerless.

"As an officer of the court, I cannot and will not enforce something that is clearly unconstitutional," he said.

"This office will continue to focus on criminals of any age that use guns in the commission of a crime," he continued.

Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen also told Gov. Grisham to go ahead and pound sand.

My oath was to protect the Constitution and that is what I will do.

You love, love, LOVE to see it.

God bless America.
