As brutal as it is, as uncomfortable, as awful, as terrifying, we have to admit... this is normal now:
On Monday September 19, 2022, at approximately 6:19am on the 89XX block of Maxwell PL the suspect in the video is seen pointing a black handgun at the victims. The suspect picked up the victim's bag that was dropped and entered the victim's vehicle. The suspect then fled the area in an unknown direction.
Just to clarify: The location of the crime was not in Philly's chaotic city center. It was pretty firmly in the suburbs of the city. That's how bad it's getting.
This is normal now. Make sure to thank the soft-on-crime authorities in November.
