Arizona still has nearly half a million votes left to count and probably won't be done until next week. How is this even possible?

The 2022 midterms were two days ago. The United States possesses cutting-edge, up-to-date election technology. There is no shortage of volunteers and/or workers willing to scan ballots.

So how is this even possible?

"Early next week," he says.

"I think," He says.

"MAYBE," he says!!

Can someone please explain this to me in a way that makes sense?
