If you tell someone to quiet down so you can sleep, you're literally Hitler.
At least, that's the line Atlantic writer Xochitl Gonzalez comes really close to arguing in this new article today:
Look at that featured photo. Notice how the obviously white dude with the MAGAish hat is staring at the happy black people with disdain?
That's just the beginning of the absurdity, my friends.
Gonzales basically gets paid in this article to rebuke anyone who ever told her she was being too loud and turns it around as racism.
Genius!
To start, she went to an Ivy League college (cuz of course), where she was very, VERY upset that the white kids arrived.
"Then the other students arrived — the white students."
My goodness, you can practically FEEL the hatred in her voice.
Gonzalez was having a fun time partying it up (that's what college is, right?), and these evil white kids with their evil intent to learn came in and stopped the partying with academics and hard work and stuff.
HEADLINE: PERSON ANGRY THAT STUDY SPACE IS QUIET
HEADLINE: LADY TOLD TO BE QUIET BY TIRED ROOMMATES
HEADLINE: WOMAN UPSET THAT UNIVERSITY ALSO INVITED PEOPLE WITH A DIFFERENT SKIN COLOR
This hatred fomented in her for years.
But now she has an explanation for it. It's not her fault for being loud or disrespectful, you see, it's that these evil neo-Nazis were trying to stop the music of life!
When she left the university, she went back to Brooklyn only to find that it was changing (GASP! A city that changes!).
More specifically – though she never comes out and says it – the place was becoming [whispers] white.
And these young (white) professionals didn't like loud neighbors.
Notice the emphasis on the skin color of the group? You immediately know this woman was a white Karen without even saying it.
Then comes the realization of Marxist power frameworks:
CLEAR WHITE SUPREMACY!
This lady and her friends were being so loud that they were driving everyone around them nuts, but they weren't the selfish ones. No, everyone else is racist! That HAS to be it!
ENTER EVIL NAZI RUDY GIULIANI!

So remember: If you just put your kids to bed and the guy next door is revving his engine or if someone is yelling randomly outside your window or if you have to yell to talk to your roommate because the guy upstairs is blasting music at 160 decibels, just put up with it. And if you ever make a comment about loving the peace and quiet of nature, just bite your tongue.
Those who "codify an elite sonic aesthetic" are perpetuating racism!
