Biden just implemented a travel ban from 8 African nations and I distinctly remember him calling that kind of thing "xenophobia" 🤔

I swear I've been told this kind of thing is super racist.

The United States will restrict travel for non-U.S. citizens from South Africa and seven other countries starting Monday, part of a global effort to stem the spread of the heavily mutated omicron variant of Covid-19, according to senior Biden administration officials.

In addition to South Africa, other countries included in the new restrictions are Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique and Malawi.

I really seem to remember this happening a year or two ago. The media was REALLY against that guy in the Oval Office for such a travel ban.

Then there was this other guy – the name was Joseph R. Biden – who blasted that very bad orange man for his travel bans.

Huh.

January 2020:

"We need to lead with science—not Donald Trump's history of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering." – Joe Biden

November 2021:

There was no indication Friday of how long the bans will remain in place. President Joe Biden said in a statement that moving forward he will be "guided by what the science and my medical team advises."

Yeah...

And wasn't that Nancy lady hugging people down in Chinatown and blasting Trump as xenophobic and racist as well?

I guess this time is different because Trump's ban painted the communist in regime in a bad light (every leftist's nightmare), while this new one only bans those poor black people from Africa.

You've done it again, Joe!

Speaking of which:

Anyway, now that we've survived that deadly Delta variant that most of us didn't notice because the 'Rona isn't really that problematic for the vast majority of people (oh, and that Lambda variant that was just a dud), it seems the politicians want to ramp back up the fear level with COVID 4: THE OMICRON STRAIN.

I'm sure the media will do their best to scare us away from Christmas, but like all sequels, I suspect the same boring actors will be recycled, the plot lines will be more contrived, and the acting will be subpar!
