Just Joe Biden joking about the nuclear suitcase and the end of the world in order to appeal to regular Americans?

Biden was at CS Wind in Pueblo, Colorado, today to look at the wind plant there in a desperate attempt to show that "green" energy is the future, and the economy is doing great.
