At an appearance in Philadelphia Sunday, he tried his best to play the homeboy game with the crowd.
"I know Philadelphia well, I married a Philly girl, by the way, and by the way, I got my Eagles jacket on," Biden declared as he affectionately ran his fingers over the jacket logo.
There's just one problem.

It's a Delaware Blue Hen's jacket.
