Biden: "We have plans to build a railroad from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean" 🥴

I am so, so confused.

Please, someone tell me what in the world our commander-in-chief is talking about here, because I gave this one the ol' college try and came up empty.

Does he actually think there's a plan to build thousands of miles of rail across open ocean?

Or, more likely, is he referring to some transcontinental project that would connect Asia to Africa and Europe, like the Chinese are doing with their Belt and Road Initiative? Why is the US president talking about investing in green energy or whatever in India and Angola anyway? My man, have you seen the mess in America lately? Can we please stop sending billions of dollars to other countries while bridges and cities are collapsing here?

Some context from Townhall:

On Wednesday night, Biden accepted an early endorsement for re-election from the League of Conservation Voters and other environmental groups, trotting over there to acknowledge and address the group at their fundraising dinner

Maybe when he says "we," he's thinking of his ChiComs pals that paid him 10% for the Big Guy through Hunter.

Here's a few more gaffes from his speech because, well, Joe can't talk like a normal human being. The guy can barely stay standing and talk at the same time.

That guy is in charge of our military and the nukes!
