Does he actually think there's a plan to build thousands of miles of rail across open ocean?
Or, more likely, is he referring to some transcontinental project that would connect Asia to Africa and Europe, like the Chinese are doing with their Belt and Road Initiative? Why is the US president talking about investing in green energy or whatever in India and Angola anyway? My man, have you seen the mess in America lately? Can we please stop sending billions of dollars to other countries while bridges and cities are collapsing here?
