Hey! Guess what!

Don't worry about paying $5 for gas. Don't pay attention to the fact that you have to scrimp and scrape to make it through to the next paycheck.

Gina Raimondo, the Biden Commerce Secretary, is here to let you know that the economy is VERY strong.

If you were to ask me, 'what do you think of the economy?' I'd say we have a very strong economy.

So, the Democrats' new tactic is to tell you to believe them instead of your own lying eyes. Or your checkbook.

But, somehow, Raimondo's hubris becomes even worse.

Here's she is on This Week with George "Snuffleupagus" telling you that there's absolutely no reason to worry about a recession.

The economy for the last year, year and a half, has been growing at unprecedentedly high rates, you know, 5-6%. I don't think that we should expect that, right?

We'll see a less rapid growth in the economy.

So, things are going super awesome right now. Best economy EVER!

All those super high prices everywhere are just in your head. Just shut up because no one sees signs of recession anywhere! If you help "talk ourselves into a recession," you're one of the people to blame!!

But I don't see any reason to think we will have a serious recession.

No wonder the Biden administration is failing on every level.

If someone THIS delusional is in charge of the Commerce Department, you know we are in deep trouble.
