I mean, either he's serious and it's creepy, or he's joking (I say he, but we know this is a professional social media team and not Biden himself) and it's funny.

Honestly, I'm torn. As a troll-lover, I have to respect the troll. But as an America lover, like, is this sort of stuff really good for the country?
