Ashley Addison worked in the Obama regime and on the Biden-Harris campaign. She's an extremely successful Democrat staffer who is now on national TV.
But according to her, she's also the most downtrodden and oppressed person in the world!
Addison: I do not have the same opportunity as you. I know I don't ... Let me just tell you about me! I'm not talking about how you feel, I'm talking about how I feel. ME! A black woman in this country ... I have a law degree, a Masters, and two Bachelors. I probably have more education than all of y'all added up together at this table. And I have always been the least paid person on the payroll at every institution I have worked in.

Panelist: Well, whose fault is that? I don't think you worked in the Bush White House or Trump White House.

Has she ever considered that maybe her skin color has nothing to do with the career obstacles she keeps claiming to face?
That maybe it's her own ego and incompetence?
Does she even realize she's calling all of her current and past employers racist?
