Remember the Bondi Beach hero who disarmed one of the gunmen as they unloaded on Jews during a Hanukkah event?
Well, Ahmed landed in New York yesterday (he's here for medical treatment of his injuries sustained during the attack) and he had some thoughts about meeting President Trump.
Reporter: 'Will you go see Mr. Trump while you're here?'
Ahmed: 'I wish.'
Reporter: 'You want to see him?'
Ahmed: 'He's a hero, of course -- of the world. I love him. He's a strong man.'
The hero of Australia thinks Donald Trump is a hero!
