A few weeks ago, Ukraine-Russia peace talks were held in Switzerland, albeit without Russian involvement. The summit wasn't very productive, as the Ukrainians "failed to persuade major non-aligned states to join their final statement," according to Reuters.

Sounds like a guy who wants to have some peace talks and end this thing once and for all.
