BREAKING: Total State's hatchet man files "narrower" indictment against Donald Trump after SCOTUS shot him down
· Aug 27, 2024 · NottheBee.com

THEY WON'T STOP UNTIL TRUMP IS DEAD OR IN JAIL.

Remember how literally this month, lefties were saying that Trump would use the justice department to go after his political enemies if he gets reelected?

The Iron Law of Woke Projection!

Anyway, here's what the spiders over in the Total State are up to in their new attempt to stump the Trump:

Special counsel Jack Smith filed a superseding indictment against former President Donald Trump on Tuesday in which he again accused Trump of resisting the peaceful transfer of power after the 2020 presidential election. Smith narrowed the allegations after a landmark Supreme Court ruling on presidential power earlier this year.

Trump didn't stage a coup. He left office peacefully, just with a lot of complaining online. The biggest thing the guy did was hold a rally that was hijacked by a bunch of bad actors - including assets likely planted by the three-letter agencies that hate Donald Trump.

(Remember that pipe bomb that was planted outside DNC headquarters in DC?)

Trump is guilty of not being the most cunning political snake in the shed, but this whole insurrection narrative is so freaking tired at this point that I automatically know anyone pushing it is immediately an enemy of America and truth itself.

Remember, the Supreme Court ruled that presidents have immunity from official acts:

This means Smith (and AG Garland and Joe Biden and the Total State managerial class) are trying to go after him on the accusation that this was all off-the-books and not in his official job description.

Prosecutors maintained the four counts against Trump that he previously faced — including conspiracy to defraud the United States — but limited the evidence included in the indictment and even removed one unnamed individual from a list of unindicted co-conspirators. The original indictment described that person as a 'a Justice Department official who worked on civil matters and who, with the defendant, attempted to use the Justice Department to open sham election crime investigations and influence state legislatures with knowingly false claims of election fraud.' It was believed to be Jeffrey Clark, who led the Justice Department's Environment and Natural Resources Division and later served as acting head of the Civil Division.

Dear Total State: I'm sorry your assassination attempt failed, but now you just look desperate!
