Apparently white guys don't get prosecuted for sex trafficking and other criminal sex acts, or at least that's what Sean "P. Diddy" Combs and his lawyers want everyone to think.
Diddy's legal counsel moved to have the court dismiss one of the counts against the entertainment mogul, citing … get this … racial prejudice.

... the defense claimed that 'Mr. Combs has been singled out because he is a powerful Black man, and he is being prosecuted for conduct that regularly goes unpunished.'
The motion cited the history of the Mann Act (the law that forms the basis for the sex trafficking charges against Diddy) as evidence that he is being treated unfairly…
… for committing horrible sex crimes against a wide range of victims.
'No other person, and certainly no white person, has ever previously been prosecuted under the White-Slave Traffic Act for hiring male escorts from another State,' claimed the latest motion which asked the court to drop that particular part of the indictment.
If only the justice system would treat a black man who is arrested, charged, and prosecuted for perpetrating lascivious sexual acts the same as a white man.
How about being treated the same as Venezuelan gangs?
It's almost like sex trafficking is evil and your skin color has nothing to do with it!!
Meanwhile, Diddy's defense team is falling apart:
Diddy continues to maintain his innocence on all charges.
