This California dad just won the custody battle for his son. The mom allegedly "forced the child to wear dresses and glitter" to raise him as "non-binary."

You always have to be careful with custody battles, which are often extremely bitter and where mothers and fathers sometimes make things up about each other in order to give themselves an edge in court.

Still. It's California. So this is absolutely more than plausible:

A California father said he's been granted full custody of his 4-year-old son following a protracted legal battle with the boy's mother โ€” who allegedly forced the child to wear dresses and glitter because she wanted to raise him as non-binary.

Harrison Tinsley told 'The Daily Signal Podcast' that he prevailed in the years-long court battle to win full physical custody of Sawyer, which the dad likened to "watching a miracle."

Tinsley claimed that his ex-girlfriend, the boy's mother, "identifies as a lesbian and non-binary herself," and was allegedly determined to impose the same ideology on the young man:

This included a cruel campaign of gaslighting like referring to Sawyer with they/them pronouns over his protestations, and forcing him to wear girls' diapers, dresses and makeup, the dad claimed.

The woman allegedly "suffers from serious underlying mental health problems" (no kidding). Tinsley was at first able to secure 50/50 custody of his son, but after the mother was arrested for alleged felony child endangerment, the father received full custody.

Tinsley called his son his "best friend" and "the most amazing, greatest blessing" of his life, and he hit the nail on the head here:

'Kids don't care about sex or identity or all of these fake weird concepts, they just care about having fun and spending time with their parents.'

Glad to see the kid's in better hands now.
