California just shut down a church's preschool for not enforcing the state's mask mandate

So apparently in California, if your PRIVATE PRESCHOOL isn't strictly following all the nonsense Covid rules to a T, representatives from the state will harass you for months and then shut your school down:

Oh yeah, they'll also suspend one of your best teachers as well.

Because Covid!

Foothills Christian Church Preschool in El Cajon was a scene of protest Friday as Republican State Sen. Brian Jones, the city's Mayor Bill Wells and area pastors gathered along with parents to protest the state's decision to close the school for not masking the 3 to 5-year-old children.

Additionally, preschool director Tiffany McHugh was suspended from working with children.

The preschool, which has been shut down by the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing since Dec. 10, has over 100 kids and has been in operation for six years.

Now, apparently a parent snitched on the school for not forcing 4-year-olds to wear masks at all times, and that's what led to the school receiving 11 VISITS FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA during the fall semester.

By November 15, around the ninth or tenth visit, the school was told it was "doing better"—whatever that means. However, on December 10 the school was shut down, and preschool teacher Tiffany McHugh was suspended from working with children.

The Department of Social Services pointed CBS 8 toward legal documents claiming that the daycare and McHugh failed to ensure all employees wore a mask while indoors and didn't encourage students 2 years of age and older to wear a mask. The state also alleges that McHugh prevented officials from inspecting the facility, which allowed employees and students time to put on their masks.

And from the state's report:

"Violated the personal rights of students."

For real, they wrote that.

So now the school is out of service, and 100 kids have nowhere to go for education.

Because 4-year-olds weren't wearing masks.

Thanks, State of California!

You're really doing a great service!
