Welcome to San Francisco!
At least that's what Lee Houskeeper, the press secretary to powerhouse attorney Joe Cotchett, told Congressman Adam Schiff when he showed up to a San Fran fundraiser without his suit.
Schiff is running for Diane Feinstein's former Senate seat in California, and he made the rookie mistake of leaving his bags in the car in a California parking garage.
The poetic justice of the leading Senate candidate, a verified criminal-justice reform champion himself, falling victim to the same crimes his policies promote...
Schiff didn't want to talk about it when asked by reporters.
"Yes, they took my bags," he said calmly. "But I'm here to thank Joe."
In a show of just how out of touch with reality these elites are, and how little they care for the normal people being victimized by these crimes, Houskeeper joked about it some more:
"Maybe he can go out with Willie Brown to choose a new suit from one of the many fine clothing establishments in San Francisco," Houskeeper cracked. "Willie knows them all." The former mayor is known for his fine taste in suits.
What about all the people that can't afford to just walk out and buy a new suit? Maybe they can get Schiff's old suits cheap on San Fran's black market?
