I tried to source the clip out of the hour-long event to see the wider context, with numerous shots of Biden making this face:
And I found it timestamped here from a different camera angle (34:35):
The secretary of defense was about to speak and he was ... searching for his chair in front of everyone?? Instead of realizing that he was a full 15 seconds early, he just hung there in limbo like an awkward turtle until everyone else started to sit!
Anyway, hard to believe that D-Day was 80 years ago.
Biden was only one-and-a-half years old!
I'm also glad to see Tom Hanks and Stephen Spielberg return to where they saved Matt Damon so long ago!
