Seriously. This is just getting ridiculous. Why are we calling it a "vaccine" at this point?

Seth Meyers has become the latest late night host to get hit with COVID โ€” and for the second time.

The host announced that NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers would be canceled for the rest of the week due to testing positive for the COVID-19 virus.

"After negative tests Monday and Tuesday I tested positive for Covid this morning," Meyers tweeted Wednesday. "Canceling shows the rest of this week. Apologies to our scheduled guests and loyal viewers."

Just to clarify: This is the second time the fully-vaxxed and fully-boosted Seth Meyers has gotten COVID in six months.

I mean, look...

Can we just admit that, whatever these things are, they're not "vaccines?"

You could most charitably describe the shots as "moderately effective medicinal prophylactics that do not stop either infection or spread, that wane very quickly, and that may have severe side effects for a non-negligible amount of the people who get them."

Can we please just start referring to the "vaccines" like that now? I know it's all a bit of a mouthful but it just makes so much more sense.
