A Canadian union is giving black employees two extra days off because apparently everyone else is a huge racist πŸ™„

Incase you went two seconds without thinking about how racist everyone is, this Canadian union is here to remind us!

AND DON'T FORGET IT.

An Ontario union has voted overwhelmingly, and without debate, to give black employees two extra days off for their mental health and to deal with "anti-black racism."

True North obtained the tape of the Administrative and Professional Crown Employees proceedings and reported that a few members were brave enough to raise concerns over the new policy – but not too much concern.

Members on the tape can be heard saying that singling out black individuals limits the ability of all groups to move forward–and that these initiatives should be "extended to all equity groups."

"Just to recognize one group may open up more issues," said another member.

"I do stand with every marginalized community … we have to understand that Muslims are marginalized (as well as) Asians, Native Canadians..." added a third member.

"Hey Siri, what is racism?"

This new policy is solely based on the employees' skin color.

They are treating one group of employees differently than the others based on the color of their skin.

Correct me if I'm wrong here... But isn't that the definition of racism?

Mental health and time off is important.

But apparently, mental health isn't important if you're white.

Or Asian, or Hispanic, or Middle Eastern... or anyone with the wrong skin pigmentation to satisfy this Canadian union.
