Check out the hit new PBS feature for your kids: "The Hips On the Drag Queen Go Swish Swish Swish"

The New York City Department of Education and PBS have a brand-new segment for their show "Let's Learn" featuring a drag queen called "Little Miss Hot Mess."

This is what the government is now peddling to our children:

Let me repeat: this is a segment that PBS and the education department of our country's largest city have deemed appropriate for THREE-YEAR-OLDS.

Little Miss Hot Mess is reportedly one of the founding members of Drag Queen Story Hour.

"Today I'm going to read from my own book, which is ‘The Hips On the Drag Queen Go Swish Swish Swish,'" said this man in lipstick and a wig to little kids. "I wrote this book because I wanted everyone to get to experience the magic of drag and to get a little practice shaking their hips or shimmying their shoulders to know how we can feel fabulous inside of our own bodies."

Little Hot Mess has also co-authored a paper on how to introduce LGBT curriculum to small children. One of the goals of such "queer and trans pedagogies" is, in his own words:

"To actively destabilize the normative function of schooling through transformative education."

I have two concluding thoughts:

  1. Immediately disband PBS.
  2. What a time to be alive.
