Judge Kathaleen McCormick has once again denied Tesla's request to pay Elon Musk his agreed-upon compensation of $56 billion, even after a majority of the shareholders voted to approve it.
Even worse, she has authorized $345 million in Tesla stock to be awarded to the lawyers who brought the lawsuit to stop Elon from being paid.
