You could make a case that police shouldn't be allowed to use a broken tail light as an excuse to casually search people's private property - there are people on the Right and the Left who argue many officers play fast and loose with the 4th Amendment prohibition on unreasonable search and seizures.
But nah, she has to go with crying rAciSm.
First, she admits that black people are getting arrested at much higher rates than the rest of the population for illegal guns, drugs, and stolen property in their cars - an admission that would destroy a right-winger - then says the solution is to not arrest them.
