I'm really glad that CNN is finally catching up to the rest of us who've had functioning prefrontal cortexes the past two years.

People who are overweight or obese are at a much higher risk of much more severe disease and even death from Covid-19, and one new study suggests that losing weight can reduce that risk.

Yep, welcome to April 2020, CNN!

Here's an April 2020 story from Newsweek discussing a study that showed a relationship between obesity and Covid.

And here's a study in a journal from April 2020 that warned about obesity.

In July 2020, the government of the UK implemented a national weight loss program to reduce severe Covid cases.

How about the news in March 2021 that 90% of all Covid deaths have been in nations where the majority of citizens are obese?

Here were a few reactions because you know you want them:

Imagine when CNN discovers things like inalienable rights, Vitamin D, the super low mortality stats for kids, and the mechanics of aerosolized viruses.

Good job, CNN! We're so proud of you guys for trying your best!

You might be like that one person who finishes a race twenty minutes after everyone else, but you got there!
