Trump "opened the gates of hell" by demonstrating that our current media industry is the enemy of the people, and now mad lads like Elon Musk might let everyone have the free exchange of ideas that the industry has worked so hard to control over the last century!

The argument is that we need tons of government regulation to stop someone from [checks notes] owning a private company where people say what they are thinking about in 280 characters or less.

Imagine being an American and saying we should "look to Europe" on issues of free expression and government control.
