Donald Trump hasn't even been charged with insurrection.

I know, I know, I just triggered someone. But it's true. Biden lackey Jack Smith is going after Trump for "conspiracy to defraud the United States" as well as charges relating to obstructing the electoral certification by Congress.

Despite that fact - nevermind that he hasn't been convicted of the charges he hasn't been charged with - the Supreme Court of Colorado voted to remove Trump from its primary ballot by dissecting the 14th Amendment, which disqualified convicted seditionists in the Confederacy from holding office.

(This would be like someone accusing me of murder despite not actually being charged with murder, then deciding to shoot me because the law obviously stipulates that murderers get what's coming to them.)

Today, Colorado's lawyers are standing in front of the US Supreme Court and hoo boy it is not going well for them:
