Comedy Central reportedly canceled the "Diversity Day" episode of "The Office," probably because it mirrors modern aNti-RaCiSm training too dang much 🀣

Despite rumors of an Office reboot, there is no way the show would be made today.

Do you need proof?

Though Comedy Central has been airing reruns of NBC's beloved, long-running sitcom, β€˜The Office,' for years, there's one episode you may not be able to find on the network going forward β€” "Diversity Day."

The episode is famous for its politically incorrect storyline which features boss Michael Scott (Steve Carrell) forcing the paper company staff to participate in a racial diversity seminar where he speaks in an exaggerated Indian accent and reprises Chris Rock's notorious standup routine about different kinds of black people.

If you don't remember this amazing episode, here's two videos to jog your memory:

That right there, my friends, is pure comedy. Everyone knows it's insensitive, and that's the point.

The entire thing is making fun of 1) bosses that would make you sit through diversity training that is actually racist and 2) the stereotypes we sometimes broadly paint people with but have an element of truth.

For these reasons, it MUST be cancelled!

According to Barstool Sports, the cable channel has "quietly omitted [the episode] from the rotation."

Barstool sportswriter and host of the podcast "Spittin' Chiclets," Rear Admiral, noticed the second episode of season one was missing from a recent marathon of the show. He asked Comedy Central about its absence and said he received no reply, not even the "standard corporate boilerplate reply about potentially offending people."

It isn't the first time people have noticed the episode missing.

Both Ricky Gervais, the British comedian who created the original UK version of the show, and actor Steve Carrell have said the show would probably never make the cut today.

Which is immensely sad, because it might give me a reason to pay attention to something Hollywood is making these days!
