Emily Wilson (Emily Loves America) is a conservative influencer with a pretty big platform. She's young, she's MAGA, and she's totally a girl boss who opposes the IDEA of stay-at-home moms.

This is how far we've come as conservatives, I guess.

The young girls on the Right promoting this like trad-wife b***s***, "I just want to make sourdough for my husband," that's great ... I understand ...

Guess what baby girl, that lifestyle working out, a man provider, you just get to sit at home and bake bread everyday, slim-to-none. I would say none that that's gonna work out for you or quite literally anyone you know.

You're actually setting yourself up for failure. Because it could not be easier - if that's what you're going to pursue - to be trapped by a man, okay?

Let's consider her good arguments first:

We can all admit the "tradwife" social media phenomenon is cringe.

But it's cringe because it's fake.

But she frames being a stay-at-home mom/homemaker the same way a far-left feminist does: As a competition between the sexes where the man or the woman needs to avoid being "trapped" by the other one.
