When Covid restrictions prevented Lisa Racine from visiting her dad, she didn't take no for an answer. Although she is a full-time project manager, she took a part-time job working in the kitchen of her 87-year-old father's nursing home. "I can't believe I get paid for this," Racine said.

Joking about her cleaning job, Racine said of her dad, "He's cleaned up plenty of messes after me in the past." And the daughter of the year award goes to Lisa Racine!
