Remember that illegal alien who was most likely responsible for starting the Kenneth fire with a blowtorch?
He still hasn't been charged with arson, but his actions have spawned some interesting reactions from Hollywood's elite.
For example, some are calling for him to be publicly beaten.
And then there's David Spade, who has offered a bounty of $5,000 for anyone who spots an arsonist in California:

'I'm out in California and people are saying guys are lighting fires out there. Make this **** worse,' Spade said while sitting in his car.
So if you can find somebody lighting a fire and you catch somebody, and you get the cops to bust them and throw them in jail, I'll give you 5,000 bucks. So keep your eyes peeled. Do what you can out there.
'Don't fake it though,' he warned. 'No staging. Let me know.'
And so, California continues its descent back to the days of the Wild West.
