Denmark started off the summer in a dark way, losing a key consumer product because Danes are too wimpy about spicy food:
Thankfully, we are happy to announce that the country's long national nightmare is over:
Danes in central Copenhagen on Thursday marked the return to supermarket shelves of fiery South Korean ramen noodles that had been banned for being too spicy, a decision that has since been partly reversed.
Danish military rolling those ramen packets back into the country like:

It's a good day! The ramen packets had earlier been banned "after the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration found the noodles' high capsaicin level posed a serious health risk."
(As an aside — the country combines its "veterinary" and "food" administrations? Really?)

Thankfully, though the Danes were balking at the high capsaicin count of the ramen at first, they appear to be coming around to it:
'It's very spicy. But now that I've had them a few times, I just enjoy them more and more,' said Phillip, a Copenhagen resident who gave only his first name.
You gotta love that spicy food is still so verboten in Denmark that the guy will only give his first name! 😂
Make sure to keep this stuff away from Tim Walz!
