HUGE: Did someone just leak SCOTUS’ decision to overturn Roe v. Wade in order to pressure the Court?!
· May 2, 2022 · NottheBee.com

It seems the Supreme Court may have already voted behind closed doors to overturn Roe v. Wade and Casey v. Planned Parenthood, the two hallmark cases that made abortion a federally-protected right and led to more than 60 million dead American children.

The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.

…A person familiar with the court's deliberations said that four of the other Republican-appointed justices – Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett – had voted with Alito in the conference held among the justices after hearing oral arguments in December, and that line-up remains unchanged as of this week.

Translation: The Court heard arguments last December (which we knew) and the pro-cute-babies-not-getting-killed justices created a majority draft of the anticipated ruling. That draft was then leaked by the "person familiar" with the decisions being made behind closed doors.

That aspect has Fishy McFishface written all over it, especially considering this:

This reads like a power play: Enrage the jaded Democratic base and give them an enemy while pressuring the Court to quietly edit its deliberations so they keep baby sacrifice a federal right.

In the past, squishy conservatives would have definitely melted at that heat.

While its no surprise that "conservative" Justice Roberts doesn't seem to be among those who want to make murder illegal again, what's odd is that the draft is in Alito‘s name. If Roberts wasn't in the majority, the concurring opinion should be written by the next senior justice, Clarence Thomas.

Here's what Alito reportedly said:

"We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled," he writes in the document, labeled as the "Opinion of the Court." "It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives."

More from the linked draft:

Why do I think this was an inside job meant to pressure the Court?

Because of this:

And this:

These people will go to whatever ends they must to make sure the right to kill a child isn't turned back over to the states and the people to decide.

This week just got interesting, to say the least.
