Stop me if you've heard this one before: "District judge blocks Trump's executive order."

It's honestly getting so boring now that the Left only has one move: Use the lower courts to thwart the executive branch.

But when you've got hundreds of Democrat district judges and hundreds of Trump executive orders, this is just the reality of American politics now.

A federal judge in Massachusetts on Thursday blocked the Trump administration's attempted dismantling of the Department of Education.

Judge Myong Joun, a Biden appointee, blocked the Trump administration from carrying out its reduction-in-force, or RIF, at the Education Department, which was announced on March 11. Joun also blocked transferring the management of federal student loans and special education functions out of the Education Department.

All fired federal employees from the department must be reinstated as well.

So, let me get this straight.

The chief executive of the United States dissolved an agency that is run by and through the executive branch at the pleasure of the president, but a random Massachusetts judge named "Myong" gets the final say?

The fact that Congress has not backed up Trump here and followed his lead by officially dissolving the DoE is the real scandal here.

We have an overreaching judiciary, a cowardly and obstructive legislative branch, and, an executive branch that cannot get any help.

So much truth here:
