UPDATE: Apparently, the water around Dodger Stadium is merely an optical illusion caused by the wet pavement of the massive parking lot around it. The rest of the videos are authentic.
Hurricane Hilary may have been downgraded to a tropical storm, but she sure dumped a lot of rain on Cali this weekend.
