As everyone who isn't hiding under a rock knows, Queen Elizabeth II passed away this week.

But what's with all the rainbows appearing over the royal family's residences?

Just as Queen Elizabeth passed away, a double rainbow appeared over Buckingham Palace.

Then a rainbow appeared over Windsor Castle just as flowers were laid in memorial and the flag was being lowered to mark the monarch's death.

And this double rainbow was spotted over Elizabeth Tower.

Whether you're one to see signs in the heavens as having some significance or not, it does seem awfully conspicuous to have this many rainbows appearing in England so long after Pride month, and real deal rainbows that only God can make, not the cheap mockeries at the parades.

On the other hand, maybe it's just raining a lot in England. It does that you know.

Either way, I hope God saved the Queen.
