DUI suspect tells police he was driving 130 mph to get home to his cat

Feb 10, 2025

Connecticut man Logan Mirmozaffari was pulled over going 130 mph on I-395.

According to the police report, Mirmozaffari was maxing out the speedometer on his Kia sedan because he REALLY needed to get home to his [checks notes] ... cat.

Upon [the trooper] asking Mirmozaffari why he was driving so fast, Mirmozaffari explained that he wanted to get home to see his cat.

Sir Fluffletons wanted his human right meow!

Of course, police knew that was a ruse.

No cat cares that much about its owner.

In reality, Mirmozaffari was drunk as a skunk.

While speaking with Mirmozaffari, the Trooper began to observe multiple signs of impairment to include the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from Mirmozaffari's person, glossy eyes and slurred speech. Based upon these observations, Mirmozaffari was requested to submit to Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, to which he agreed. Mirmozaffari failed to perform the tests to standard and was subsequently arrested.

Mirmozaffai was charged with a DUI and reckless driving.

And Sir Fluffletons still doesn't care.
