There's a lot of dark news in my feed today, but this is a shining ray of light in the midst of it.

Nayib Bukele has won his reelection bid for president of El Salvador with at least 83% of the vote.

And the best part of it? He gave all the glory to God. His acceptance speech was in Spanish and the media is being slow to translate it (probably because their ears burn every time they hear the name of Almighty God invoked), so I'm including the video and a rough translation below it

To the atheists, to the agnostics, we respect them and we are their friends. But we believe in God.

And we won't stop sending Him glory if we want it that way because it bothers them, because it affects them.

Ah, perhaps this example affects them because perhaps the populations of their countries that have been introduced to atheism will also begin to believe in God again.

You have seen, thanks to God and thanks to this noble and united people, how El Salvador went from being the most insecure to the most secure. Now, over the next approximately 5 years, wait till you see what we are going to do.

Bukele had 83% of the vote, far ahead of the 7% for his nearest competitor, the leftist Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front. A jubilant Bukele declared a historic margin of victory even before electoral authorities released the first preliminary figures Sunday evening.

This election wasn't even close, but the lefties over at the Associated Press framed their statement by noting how Bukele declared victory before the official counts were in, and if you read enough of these articles, you learn they are trying to get you to think a certain way because every detail matters.

Ballots from 31% of polling places had been counted late Sunday, a percentage that suddenly jumped to 70% on Monday morning, according to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal's preliminary results.

Kinda sounds like you're suggesting something sus happened in the middle of the night, guys. That's called election denial and I've heard only domestic extremist terrorists do that, so watch yourselves!
