Vivek Ramaswamy hasn't just made a name for himself by jumping into the Republican presidential primaries or running a hedge fund and pharmaceutical company valued at north of a billion dollars.

He also likes to rap as his alter ego, Da Vek.

He's particularly fond of Eminem's "Lose Yourself," and he legally licensed the song for his rallies through music licensor BMI.

But Eminem, is a Joe Biden supporter.

He gave that song to Biden in 2020.

So, the artist contacted his lawyers and the music licenser and told them to cancel Vivek's legal use of it or any of his other music.

They sent Vivek the following cease and desist letter.

"BMI will consider any performance of the Eminem Works by the Vivek 2024 campaign from this date forward to be a material breach of the Agreement for which BMI reserves all rights and remedies with respect thereto," the letter concludes.

Sorry Republicans, didn't you know?

You're not allowed to look appealing to young people by using a [checks notes] 20-year-old song…

That's only reserved for this young pup.
